If on a computer, they use the mouse to drag and move around and the wheel to zoom in and out. If on a mobile device, they use their finger to move around and can pinch to zoom in and out. This fits with their normal day to day behaviour and the virtual tour is very intuitive for the viewer to comfortably use.
